The Friends have arranged a talk on ‘The Making of the Weston Library’ by   Toby Kirtley, the Bodleian Libraries’ Estates and Projects Officer, in which he describes how £80 million was spent on transforming the ‘New Bodleian’ in Broad Street into an award-winning centre for research and conservation.
